Consistently delivered on time based on contractual service level agreements. • Deploy customer site closures and relocations.• Coordinate between customer PMO, HPE support, customer support, and customer site installation team leads.• Develop all process documentation installations and services.• Administered 5 internal PMO SharePoint sites.• Developed, implemented, and administered a SharePoint site, complete with MS Power Automate Flows and custom tabbed forms, that managed the physical life cycle of hardware. Verify orders, moves, returns, and final disposition to re-marketing. Track factory parts, site-to-site movement, installation details, and physical locations. Monitor memory up / downgrades and RMA / de-installation details. • Create and administer channels in MS Teams and Slack.• Hold weekly team meetings to mentor and help resolve team member issues.• Consolidate data for reporting on the status of projects and service cases on weekly / semi-annual customer Stakeholder meetings.• Devise and maintain a Power BI report that tracks repair parts usage to identify and systemic issues.• Manage PMO-owned parts inventory.• Manage the internal process to ensure that all customer hardware was entitled to the proper contractual SLAs to ensure the customer received purchased support levels.
