Spearheaded the Standardization, Normalization and Automation initiative to harmonize CTRs (Cost-Time-Resources) of Subsea Engineering Disciplines delivering more than 20% savings on EPCI Projects.Led a multifunctional team and a major software developer in the creation of a $0.5M Global Web-based Application to reduce turnaround time for Engineering Estimate during Tender phase and project execution by 50%.Directed the High-Performance Cloud Cluster initiative to provide cloud computing access to all engineering disciplines globally for applications such as Ansys and Abaqus resulting in $4M+ reduction in IT hardware costs.Drove the Global Vault (CAD Datamodel based on Autodesk application) standardization project to consolidate CAD practices, increase CAD reuse globally and increase work efficiency.
