Vin Léger founded EAG Studio in 2002, a firm strong of some twenty professionals and one of San Francisco’s most reputable architecture and design firm, now proudly run along side with Michael Terndrup and an amazing team of collaborators. Vin Léger’s pragmatism in design and his solution-oriented approach to every step of construction enables him to successfully orchestrate construction projects of all types on behalf of his clients. Along with his ability to unite form, function and fresh design, he brings to every project a vertical network of industry relationships. His knowledge of construction logistics facilitates intelligent design from the start and streamlines execution throughout the entire process.Vin’s ongoing ventures in real estate development have yielded a strong inclination for value-engineering quality from conception to execution. In addition to promoting timeless designs, Vin seeks to bring a grounded approach to every project. Rather than restricting himself to a narrower stylistic range. As such, he is comfortable in historic detailing as much as minimalist modernism. Vin is also an enthusiast for green building methods and efficient building systems. Vin and his team designed and oversaw many LEED Platinum projects. He has overseen hundreds of building and space redesigns for residential and commercial clients. Having run a successful construction firm and having acted as a builder himself for many years, Vin prides himself in understanding every aspect of building.Vin’s thirst for self-improvement started at a young age. As an avid world traveler ever since he was old enough to fly on his own, Vin lived abroad at various stages of his life and visited some 105 countries. He engaged with the cultures he encountered and honed a global perspective on the relationship between architecture and culture, aspiring to a deep understanding of the influence and transformational power they exert on one another. Vin is also involved in fund-raising and volunteering with A variety of Bay Area non-profits.
