I have previously worked as a Part Time Supervisor at a local cafe for 1.5 years prior to my current job. I was involved in training and mentoring new hires to ensure that they are equipped with the skills needed.Apart from the regular countering duties requirements during my stint as a teller, I would also go out of the way and spot any suspicious transactions happening on customer's account and highlighting it to our Compliance department. I was an EXSA Star award winner from 2018 - 2020. I have also been redeployed as a Customer Service Executive in OCBC's Contact Centre for 6 months during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was tasked to handle incoming email enquiries that customer writes in, and also responsible for doing outbound calls for assistance. I will be required to liaise with supporting department to escalate issues if required and ensure proper follow up.
