I learnt about consulting from senior consulting professionals and studied marketing trends, real-life business scenarios and case studies. I developed data analytical and data presentation skills, as well as business strategy and marketing. I also participated in a case competition on the real estate development project 11 Skies. My team was the runner-up of the competition.

I did legal research on an appeal case to the Court of Final Appeal, where relevant issues included the elements of murder and manslaughter, conflicting medical evidence and procedures relating to guidance by the judge towards the jury. I drafted a memo of legal research and presented my analysis. I attended the court hearing and the client’s appeal was allowed

I led a team of four to participate in a case competition. The theme was green technology. Our target company was First Solar, and our project proposal was centred around transparent solar energy. We analysed the company’s financials and strengths and weaknesses, did market research, formulated business strategies to expand the company and prepared a business proposal and presentation pitch deck to present business strategies to a panel of industry experts and academics.
