The aim was to regroup all information, data, files, strategies, guides, etc. available at a global level for every country to be able to run the program and address their electrician customers. All this information is now available to all managers through an intranet website designed using the principles of digital web design and usability, to optimize user experience and facilitate adoption.Simultaneously, I managed and animated this community of managers through an internal social media tool (Yammer) and a monthly newsletter. Using a valuable content strategy and a well defined communication plan, as well as creative ideas (rewards, etc.), I managed to boost collaboration inside this community across the organization.
