Emirates Golf Club

At Emirates Golf Club, I worked alongside the golf professionals to collaborate on a complete performance program. Working with professional and amateur golfers, I provided a specific golf screening assessment, to ensure every training program was individual to the results taken from the assessment. I also collaborated closely with a sports medical clinic at the golf club, for which I provided injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and return to sport/work protocols. Alongside the golf, I also trained the residents and members of the golf club pursuing their specific goals of health and fitness.

Jumeirah Golf Estates, European Tour Performance Institute

Based at Jumeirah Golf Estates, I worked closely with the European Tour Performance Institute providing high class training for professional and everyday golfers. I was also responsible for the training of the UAE National Golf Team and juniors from the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF). I collaborated with the Golf Professionals to enable the client to get the most out of their training and to target their weaknesses connected to their swing. I worked closely with the Doctors, Physiotherapists and Osteopaths to provide full attentive rehab plans for each client, ensuring each case was communicated correctly between each profession. I also trained and provided personal training sessions for the residents and everyday clientele.
