Management of 7 buyers (on two plants), 1 logistician and the warehouse responsible (therefore indirectly for another 9 people who worked in the warehouse in shifts). In charge of utilities, investments, scrap, raw materials, alloys, packaging, spare parts, everything which was needed to run the plant. Purchasing volume of about 235M€ in Germany. In addition, now in charge of buying freight for Europe. Turnover 9M €. Restructuring of thepurchasing department (recruiting of a project buyer). Reporting to the CEO. In charge of theinvestment of the new production line in Mexico (Budget 45M US).

In charge of the negotiations for raw materials for Europe (polypropylene resins, masterbatches, resins for capacitor) and management of 1 raw material buyer (Turnover of about 160M€ for Europe). Reporting to the CEO. Management of 5 buyers.

Management of 4 buyers. In charge of utilities (electricity : 100 GWH/a, gas : 10GWH/a,steam : 60 GWH/a), packaging, maintenance & repair, investments, spare parts, services,etc… Turnover of about 30 M€. Supporting the purchasing managers of the 3 otherproduction units (Mexico and Italy). Negotiation and Project reporting for the Investment of a new production line for BOPP (Budget 30M€) in Germany and of a metallizer (Budget 6M€) in Mexico.

Flat steel (coils & sheet), 96% stainless but also aluminized, stainless tubes in 6m bars and all derivates (bended tubes, perforated, tailpipes, hydroforming, etc…), Directed Buys (monoliths, metaliths, fiber mats), stamped and fine casting flanges. Turnover of about 90M€ (excepted Directed Buys and extra alloy). Leadbuyer for the EBERSPAECHER group. Management of 2 buyers and ½ Back-Office

Flat steel (coils & sheet) for Europe with a turnover of about 40M€. Support for the local buyers in the USA, Brazil and South Africa. Purchasing of silencers and exhaust lines (about 3M€) and diverse external services, painting of silencers, about 1M€).Management of ½ Back-Office and students

Buying stamping parts in carbon and stainless steel for a turnover of about 15M€ during the first 6 months, then I took over the responsibility for flat steel.
