OPEN Finance brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) leaders from major financial services organizations in the New York City area. We are a volunteer network that uses the combined expertise of our member firms’ employee resource groups to advance workplace policies across the industry, to collaborate on events, community service and philanthropy, to drive positive change in the communities in which our participating firms do business, and to provide a networking forum for LGBT finance professionals.
