Formerly managed the US business units, supervising >9,000 uniformed armed guards, executive, sales, and clerical personnel engaged in the daily transportation and verification of client funds, ATMs, and valuables throughout the United States as well as oversee relations with our nation's top tiered financial institutions. Past President of the Independent Armored Car Operators Association (IACOA), former member of the New Jersey Homeland Security Policy Board, former Treasurer of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), State & Provincial, and a past President of the New Jersey Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association (NJNEOA).

Responsible for day-to-day management and security of a $75 million armored transportation, ATM, and Cash Vault service company. Directed the operations and activities of 1,300 uniformed armed guards, clerical, professional, sales and executive personnel engaged in the daily transportation and verification of approximately $500 million of client funds.

Member of the New Jersey State Police for 29 years, retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Achieved one of the most diversified careers in the State Police by serving in virtually every area of Division operations, including Deputy Superintendent of Investigations. Supervised the response of New Jersey State Police investigators to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, and was a member of the team responsible for creating New Jersey's first Domestic Terrorism Task Force. Also responsible for restructuring and supervising the department’s narcotics and organized crime bureaus, and the state’s forensic crime laboratory system.
