 Dedicated Development Director for SFI’s branded propositions, Bar Med, Litten Tree, Fiesta Havana and Below Bar concepts.  Commanded control from design through to completion, of designated new developments with value criteria of £1m. Fully accountable for the financial control and budgeting of each capital project. Assisted acquisitions team with new site approvals including site evaluations i.e. best fit per branded proposition and feasibilities regarding probable shell and fit out costs. Provided a key point of contact for landlords, local and licensing authorities for each new development. Took direct control of the appointment and management of key consultants, Architects and specialist sub-contractors. Accountable for all aspects of on site CDM / Health & Safety. Responsible for the value engineering and eradication of design inconsistencies within branded proposition. Directed all areas of change and innovation affecting the strategic design templates for each branded offering.Achievements: Led the strategic review of SFI’s Health & Safety policy and safe working practice guidelines for the consultants, contractors and direct sub-contractors. Led the conceptualisation, design and build project for the next generation Bar Med, Fiesta Havana and Below Bar concepts. Established clear acquisition and design and templates guidelines for all new Bar Med, Litten Tree, Fiesta Havana and Below Bar concepts. Established the SFI Designer’s forum to enable best practice across all designers, in particular the forum concentrates on health & safety issues and how to extract cost out of design. Reduced the development duration for each project by strategically restructuring the “critical path” associated with each aspect of the construction process.  Successfully reduced end of contract snagging and contractors ability to completed projects on time by achieving an increase in forward planning.
