He's also the founder of the studio AATOAA (pronounced à toi, meanings 'yours'). Vincent has been celebrated worldwide to successfully revisit and change how we experience music videos, video games, public spaces, films and XR. Morisset collaborated artistically with Grammy Award-winning band Arcade Fire for twelve years; Neon Bible is considered the first interactive music video, and Just a Reflektor won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Interactive Program. With Icelandic band Sigur Rós, Morisset directed their groundbreaking live-experience INNI, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival. Paste Magazine nominated INNI at #7 of their list of best concert films of all time. In 2015, he created Way to Go, an ambitious web-friendly VR piece that combines 360 video capture, video game mechanics, real-time 3d compositing and shader effects. The piece premiered at Sundance and won three Webbys. Way to Go was also named People’s Choice of the year at FWA. His latest productions include immersive installations Bridge-Bench, Habitat, Vast Body, the genre-defying mobile adventure motto.io and Composition, a mixed reality installation.Morisset's work has been featured at a myriad of museums and festivals, including SXSW, SIGGRAPH, Sonar+D, TIFF, Japan Media Arts Festival, GDC, VR Kaleidoscope Tour, the Museum of the Moving Image and at the Cooper Hewitt Design Triennal. Morisset has also been a featured speaker at the MIT, OFFF, IDFA and the World Press Photo. He won numerous awards, including Cannes Lions, Gold Pencil, SXSW Interactive Awards, Webbys and the IDFA Doclab Award for Immersive Non-Fiction.
