• Understand how to function and maintain the computer system in the class• Ability to work with all the Microsoft Office 365 suit• Comprehend the BrightSpace and the Zoom interface to be able to troubleshoot the presentation in case of a technical error• Demonstrate professionalism when introducing themselves as a pixie to a professor before a class• Arrive at the class on time and ready to set up the class system before the professor comes in• Understand the Windows and the Mac interface to be able to work effectively on both

• Be on time and ready in uniform for every shift• Serve all House of Commons members in a non-partisan way• Demonstrate maturity and flexibility in the Chamber• Distribute documents and water to help the House be efficient• Respond efficiently and professionally to all members • Respect the members and camera angles to not disrupt the member talking
