DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Tracking shipment,updating customers on arrival information and ensuring correct shipping documentation.2.Follow up correspondence between various statutory bodies and other parties including KRA,KEBS,KPA,CFS TERMINALS e.t.c.3.Obtain customs release for import/Exports and truck border consigments.4.Ensure correct use of KRA tariffs.5.Application of Import declaration form.6.Undertake all declaration procedures for imports and exports.7.Establish and maintain a working relationship with customs office.8.Liaise with suppliers for timely shipments,follow up for documents to be received and goods cleared well in time to avoid late documentation charges,storage charges and demurrages.9.Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the position.For any enquires you can contact me through my mail:mutisyavincent2012@gmail.com
