• Work as apart of the UW IT team to review incoming tickets regarding various access issues or role assignments• Enforce Role Based Access Control through provisioning roles to employees requesting higher privileges• Investigate suspicious sign-on activities and write incident reports detailing attack vectors and patterns

• Answer student questions about library technology and assist with troubleshooting issues with library services• Manage and deploy library technology inventory, involving ensuring status of computers, reimaging laptops, and replacing keyboards and mice• Circulate available laptops to students seeking to check-out temporary devices and ensure laptop status matches to online database• Assist with various issues regarding the university’s printing service, such as, explaining the printing procedure, adding balance to cards, and unjamming and restocking printers

• Add a feedback feature to Intelligent Recommendations and Insights Systems (IRIS) chatbot to collect user feedback and generate visual dashboards to display analytics related to user interactions• Utilize AWS Kinesis Firehose, S3, and QuickSight to store analytical feedback data and generate dashboards to provide IRIS admins insight on IRIS usage, performance, and highly frequented topics• Create an API to handle incoming feedback payloads and develop a CDK stack to deploy to all IRIS stages/regions
