I came straight out of school into the hospitality industry. Worked my way up from part-time barman to Hotel Manager experiencing every side of the hospitality sector over a period of six years. When the recession hit, I made the decision to undergo and achieve a higher education. During my fourth year I applied for a part-time job in Aldi Stores. Within a three month period I had moved into a new house, welcomed my second child into the world, completed my final exams and achieved a promotion to management within Aldi. Crucial time management and the ability to stay focused and clear minded were critical lessons learned within this time period. I am professional, driven and an extremely quick learner. I am interested now in entering the corporate side of business.
