• Worked on large project to migrate and provision over 1 million user email accounts from an end of life McAfee email filtering, encryption and archiving solution to one of our top selling solutions. Migrations were processed via a migration tool or manually, depending on the complexity and varying parameters involved.• Worked closely with the migrations Supervisor to ensure all accounts were completed on time as scheduled, that all protocols and factors were correct and that the customer was notified of their status.• Worked closely with the sales department to organize and maximize migration production so that the customer was ready to assume day to day business without any interruption.• Worked with the customer direct with any issues or questions they had before, during or after pertaining, to the migration. Such as password resets, questions about the specific features of the solution they chose or general questions about scheduling.• Worked with the technical support department to clear up any issues that arose after the migration that only the migration team could work out.• Took part in many support classes offered to us by our partners about the respective products in order to more familiarize myself and educate myself about the product in order to help the customer better.• Was expected to and always was prepared to come in early or stay later to complete a project for a customer in order to make a promised deadline.
