Design lead manipulating the physical and digital for the Special Projects Group within Woven by Toyota.

I'm continuing my design path from Toyota Research Institute over to Woven by Toyota with a focus on autonomous vehicle technologies and experiences. Woven by Toyota, innovates and invests in new technologies, software, and business models that transform how we live, work, and move. With a focus on automated driving, smart cities, robotics, and more, we build on Toyota's legacy of trust and safety to deliver mobility solutions for all. We are using artificial intelligence integrated with advanced engineering and human-centric interface design to build the mobility of the future.

As a hybrid designer I worked in both physical and digital design, aiding teams in both robotics and driving. I lead designs for automotive dashboards, lighting, on screen UI/UX, vehicle livery's and sensor housings for several vehicles following strict hardware, safety and branding requirements.

I worked as a user experience designer on a talented multi-disciplinary team developing Cisco Spark (now Webex Teams); A powerful enterprise collaboration tool that combines video meetings, messaging, calling, file-sharing, and white boarding that connects seamlessly with Cisco's secure network and devices.Half my time at Cisco was spent working on a small team exploring new experiences around emerging technologies in the collaboration space. I lead a design team to develop a holographic collaborative communication experience that is now referred to as Webex Hologram.

I was involved with all aspects of the industrial design process, from secondary research, blue sky brainstorms, rapid concept ideation sketches, physical models, presentation sketches/renders, CAD development and final presentation deliverables. I have been extremely lucky to be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects varying from consumer products, hand-held medical devices, wearable tech, medical carts,and concept development for future technology. I worked closely with other talented industrial designers, mechanical engineers, researchers and when asked upon, have helped lead projects to completion.I've worked on projects for clients like Apple, Toyota, Facebook, Paypal, Ricoh Innovations, Samsonite, Samsung, Panasonic, Dexcom, zSpace and Google.
