Duties and Responsibilities: Parts mark and molding maintenance technicians are to clean and maintain molds between production runs. Disassemble and reassemble molds as required. Perform minor repairs to molds. Work closely with machine shop to facilitate major repairs when required. Assemble finished goods. Bag and tag finished goods. Review outside shipping process items and move to quality. Box items to be sent put to outside shipping process. On occasion run computer numerical controlled machines to process parts. receiving and documenting parts, sanding and labeling parts, installing hardware with stud bolts, retainer rings, grommets, and washers. Also repairing parts using copper mesh and hand or power tools.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Warehouse Clerk ensures that all inventory is properly handled, labeled, packaged and accounted for. Unload deliveries and stage for receiving inspection or put-away Perform data entry as required. Stock inventory onto proper shelf locations Practice First In First Out (FIFO) inventory issuance. Pick inventory for transfer to production or shipment to customers or vendors Perform inventory cycle counts. Research missing inventory/materials and report any discrepancies. Assist warehouse, shipping and receiving personnel with day to day activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor/Lead or designee.

Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving Inspector is responsible to inspect both incoming materials for quantity, quality, and conformance to specifications and or other applicable requirements. Monitor daily deliveries, accept or reject shipments that are not received in satisfactory condition. Separate delivered items by priority and or department. Open, inspect, check condition, correct documentation, and quality of each item and verify items are in accordance with the requirements of the purchase order and or applicable engineering data. Reject, identify and quarantine all discrepant items. Coordinate with Material Review Board team to attain disposition of discrepant materials. Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Manager or designee.

Builders pick, select, palletize and shrink wrap products utilizing powered equipment including but not limited to forklifts and pallet riders. They ensure the efficient receipt, storage and distribution of product. Stock and rotate product. Prepare loads. Pick and stage trucks for route delivery. Meet daily and monthly productivity goals in terms of cases per hour. Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner. Follow prescribed maintenance guidelines including making pre-trip inspections before operating equipment. Maintain warehouse to high sanitary and cleanliness standards. Follow all security procedures to safeguard associates, the facility and prevent product loss. Perform work tasks safely, and contribute to an overall safe work environment, reporting any unsafe conditions. Follow all company work rules and regulations. Report to work as scheduled. Perform other duties as necessary.

This is the journey-level classification in the Custodian series. Positions in this classification require that the employee be able to substantially perform the full range of duties for the classification, requiring complete knowledge of custodial methods and procedures. Employees are required to use a variety of custodial equipment including vacuums, buffers, and power strippers. Sweeps, mops, waxes, buffs and polishes floors; dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, fixtures and equipment. Washes windows, walkways and walls and removes graffiti. Cleans and disinfects toilets, sinks, mirrors, hand plates, dispensers, fountains, glass doors and windows according to prescribed methods. Stocks paper in restrooms; fills soap dispensers. Empties trash receptacles and washes them when soiled; relines receptacles with bags as needed. Moves and arranges furniture and equipment; may set up rooms for special meetings or classes. Secures facilities at the end of work shift, including locking doors, windows and setting alarms. Maintains and distributes the supplies in various custodial stations; this involves loading the truck and maintaining the supply inventory. Maintains and operates floor maintenance equipment. Cleans and makes minor repairs, including changing light bulbs and lamps. Assists in training other custodial staff. May have to dispose and remove hazardous waste material and e-waste material. Prepares work orders using a computer. Maintains proper standards of cleanliness in assigned areas. Performs related duties as assigned.
