Global management and control of 30 foreign contractors operating six central and 21 satellite depot level technical libraries in five countries supporting Depot, Intermediate and Organizational level maintenance, repair and modification of all forward deployed Navy/Marine aircraft. Executed contracts with foreign contractors to perform depot level logistics and maintenance for aircraft, support equipment and aeronautical components for Navy and Marine units in Asia and Europe.
