Development of Alcatel-Lucent business for Professional Services in Asian Pacific (APAC):- Promote the Alcatel-Lucent Professional Services portfolio to the Sales teams and Business Partners.- Define the strategies with the Headquarter to develop the Business in APAC.- Work closely with the Service Offer department to design new customized solutions.- Responsible for opportunity detection, qualification, demonstration and tendering.

In line with my experience for Alcatel-Lucent in France, I have integrated the Customized Solution Team in charge of the development of innovative and tailor-made applications: - Project: Business Contact for BSD (Scrum Master)Specification, development and integration of an application based on the Business Contact. This application provides an intelligent routing system for incoming calls based on the sales experts presence information. - Project: Genesys Salesforce.com adapter (SFDC Adapter)The Salesforce.com Adapter is a software designed to operate in the Salesforce.com Service Cloud. It provides a Call Centre Softphone for agent with CTI control features (call control, agent status, transfers, conferences, dynamic screen pop, …)Installation and integration of the SFDC adapter for few customers.

As part of the Alcatel-Lucent customization team, my mission was to work closely with the customers to understand their requirements, write specifications, develop and integrate specific solutions. The main projects I worked on are described below: - Project: ICCC (Integrated Communications for Control Centre)Development of a specific Business Contact plugin for the ICCC solution.ICCC is a reliable and open CTI solution based on OXE infrastructure that facilitates the customization of control centre solutions as well as decision centre solutions. ICCC is a global solution framework that could be integrated by a third party. - Project: ATTILA (Routing module for LCL - National French bank)Development of a routing module that routes customer calls to a specific adviser depending on availability (telephony or web presence), skills and customer relationship (i.e. personal advisor). - Project: MATISSE (Routing module for Societe Generale - National French bank)Development of a complex routing module that routes the calls to specific advisers depending on their availability. - Project: Genesys Compact Edition (GCE)Integration and validation of the GCE. The GCE is an application used in a Genesys Call Centre context. - Project: IPNOSIS (IP NOE Simulator Software)Conception and development of new features for IPNOSIS.IPNOSIS is an application allowing to simulate NOE IP Phones. - Project: Web PhoneSet Programming (PSP)Conception, development and integration of the PSP application.PSP is a Windows or Linux application that allows a user to configure his/her phone remotely from a Web Application. Users can change their dynamic states; configure programming keys.
