Ensured security requirements inherent to execution of Polaris Sales Agreement are met through entirety of UK.• Expanded areas of operations within the UK to include all aspects of the Trident D5 Missile System to include the Replacement Warhead program for the UK; ensuring the UK had one office to coordinate all program aspects to the owning U.S. program office. • Member of the Joint Reentry Systems working group, presented options to reduce cost during certification of new UK Re-entry Body assembly at AWE Aldermaston. • Developed and implemented physical and staffing requirements for new field office in Scotland at HMNB Clyde improving programs awareness of UK Fleet activities. • Oversaw and implemented $1+ Million budget associated with SPUK office; reshaped office budget smoothing out spending profiles supporting ease of higher level budget oversight.• Provided review and analysis of $656.6 Million budget for UK Strategic Weapons program in support of the Polaris Sales Agreement ensuring U.S. asset fully supported the UK Ballistic Missile Program. • Utilized lessons learned during COVID and attained new levels of IT interoperability between U.S. and UK offices increasing the ability to operate in future, saving travel costs. • Shaped overall execution of high-level events including U.S. and UK diplomats ensuring meetings included the high-level information required with the requisite formality.

Washington Navy Yard

Planned and executed all aspects of Flight tests on multiple Submarines from both coasts. Supervised teams consisting of 200+ military, U.S. government and Contractor personnel preforming final tests before returning 4 separate SSBN’s to Strategic Service. Delivered training on all aspects for planning, execution of mission and security for the USN’s Deterrent mission to submarine boat crews. • Developed new standards for how Missile Technicians are qualified to perform duties establishing one standard for all 12 U.S. SSBNs. • Assisted development of corrective action solution needed following Flight Test issue identification. Provided an operational view perspective ensuring solution was executable within the ship-board environment. • Developed detailed specific training from collections of procedural and personnel issues for training in both shipboard and classroom environments. Ensuring program office direction was provided to all boat crews. • Executed conversion of Strategic Assets to Test Missiles for launch of 15 D5 Trident missiles for demonstration purposes on-time with zero defect results.• Founded and produced new communications standards for fleet operations resulting in increased awareness for both Project Offices and Fleet Commands.
