Work Description.--------------------------To identify the requirements and develop Integrated Management System Manual (QMS, EMS & OHSAS).To develop Quality Procedure Manual including associated forms.To develop Prequalification Project Quality Plan for projects being tendered.To consult Top Management on methods/steps required to achieve ISO Certification.To advise and coordinate with relevant HOD and PM for the development of their respective documents.To review and advise if irregularities found for other departments/functions Procedure Manual.To develop training materials pertaining to QMS.To implement developed QMS throughout the Company’s Business.To assist the Estimation Dept. pertaining to Quality related issues during pre-qualification and tendering process.To project QA/QC manpower requirements for projects being tendered.To prepare monthly departmental COO report for Top Management.To carry out other responsibilities as instructed by Corporate Quality Manager.

Work Description.--------------------------Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan.Identify, prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plan.Identify and prepare Method Statement including relevant checklist for construction activities.Coordinate with Subcontractor for the preparation of required documents submission, samples submission, drawings submission and other technical matters.To maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of document control department processes and functions. Work Description.--------------------------To provide Quality Assurance in the construction stage.To manage the overall Quality Assurance processes in the organization, to positively influence productivity and quality. Major job responsibilities include maintenance of the Company’s QMS system.To lead and train personnel on quality methods of executing duties.To liaise with customer/client on issues pertaining to project quality. Work Description.--------------------------Assist in the recruitment of new staffs.To identify training needs for all staffs, outsource for suitable training provider, ensure the training is implemented and collect feedback of effectiveness.To develop and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System.To monitor and ensure that Quality Management System is implemented at all level within Company’s business.To review and recommend any changes to the existing Quality Management System.To carry out regular Internal Quality Audit.To plan and coordinate the Management Review Meeting.To liaise with external Certification Bodies.To liaise with Client pertaining to quality issues.

Work Description.--------------------------To provide consultancy services in THREE STAGES to organizations pertaining to ISO 9001:2000 (QMS) development and implementation.STAGE 0NE (1) – Documentation.-------------------------------------------------To conduct ISO 9001:2000 Awareness Training.To review existing system, manual and procedures.To conduct management interviews to collate feedback on existing system.To prepare documented manuals and procedures.To review the prepared documented manuals and procedures with process owners.To finalize the documented manuals and procedures for implementation.STAGE TWO (2) – Implementation.---------------------------------------------------To conduct Procedure Training.To implement the agreed QMS throughout the organizations operations.To check and review the QMS implementation and resolve any arising problems from the QMS implementation.To train and transfer the QMS skills and knowledge.To conduct Internal Quality Audit (IQA).To conduct Management Review (MR).To correct/improve and fine-tune the QMS implemented.STAGE THREE (3) – Certification.-------------------------------------------------To conduct minimum 3 health checks on the implemented QMS before the Certification Audit.To assist in replying to the CAR resulting from the Certification Audit.
