I am a member of the Board of Directors for 3 subsidiaries of Ubicom Holdings, Inc. (TSE : 3937), namely, Advanced World Systems, Inc., Advanced World Solutions, Inc. (based in the Philippines) and Ubicom U.S.A., Inc. (in Silicon Valley). I serve as the Vice President for Solutions Development for both Advanced World Systems, Inc. and Advanced World Solutions, Inc. and has recently been appointed as the COO for Ubicom U.S.A., Inc. Ubicom is an IT and Software Development Organization with Delivery Centers in the Philippines, China and the US. I handle the Operations for the Philippine-based subsidiaries, with a little less than 1,000 employees, and four delivery locations within the Philippines. I have 30 years of experience in the IT Industry and I am fluent in 3 languages : English, Filipino and Japanese.I am also a part-time faculty in two(2) Universities in Batangas, Philippines -- De La Salle Lipa (Lipa City) for their Graduate Program, and First College (Sto. Tomas) for the BS Industrial Management Program.I am also active in the local community, serving as a Director for Emmanuel Multi-Purpose Cooperative for 10 years now. I am currently the Vice Chairman of the said cooperative.I am exploring opportunities to further improve my leadership capabilities by being part of the management team for Global Businesses, with international operations, where IT plays a key role to help clients achieve their goals.
