Always ahead of his time, he pioneered one of the first electronic forums for quality management discussions, long before today’s collaborative tools became mainstream.In 2000, Vincent joined Sophie Courau at C&Cie, assuming two pivotal roles:Co-Manager, CFO, and IT Director: He developed financial management tools, production tracking systems, and ensured compliance with industry quality standards.Senior Consultant: He led medium- and long-term missions in diverse sectors—sales, marketing, procurement, legal, HR, and quality—while making a direct impact in production and distribution environments with his hands-on, pragmatic approach.Vincent consistently focused on streamlining workflows, improving processes, and fostering collaboration within teams. His expertise particularly stood out in problem-solving workshops and collective intelligence projects, delivering tangible results.His background in quality management enabled him to guide numerous pharmaceutical companies to achieve compliance with the “Medical Visit Quality Charter” certification.In instructional design, Vincent helped training departments overcome challenges like digitalizing content and customizing professional development paths. Collaborating with Haikara, he co-developed Formavisa™, a Learning Management System built on the LEARNING ASSEMBLAGE™ method by Sophie Courau.In the luxury sector, Vincent created Gemology and Jewelry Craftsmanship courses for L’École des Arts Joailliers by Van Cleef & Arpels.
