About Vincent Roy

I'm the CIO of Voltalia, a worldwide company specialized in renewable energies.After a very rich experience at Netstaff from 1999 to 2002 where I build up the Security Business Unit at the creation of the company, I joined Bouygues Construction in 2002. After diverse roles, I took in charge the management of the Information Systems in 2008 for all Bouygues Constructions’ international entities. It was a great opportunity to discover different cultures and to learn more about how to manage the change, as the company was deploying a global ERP and also wanted to better manage and interact with local IT resources.In 2012, I took the head of IT services at Bouygues SA, and during 5 years I was responsible of the definition of the IT&S strategy, analysis of business needs and digital transformation. I was also in interactions with every CIO of the Group on common projects to develop synergies and a common approach on IT subjects.
