I am Vincent S, Quality Check Specialist at Deluxe Media, an end-to-end localization, fulfillment, home entertainment, and cinema service. At Deluxe, I manage multiple projects from various media houses, including Disney, Netflix, HBO, etc., providing subtitling and dubbing services. My role involves a deep understanding of the importance of communication between various internal and external teams, risk management - eye to detail, and working on various in-house tools and software to eventually deliver quality outcomes in a timely fashion to our media partners. In my two years here, I have trained people on new processes, worked under tight deadlines, helped come up with strategies to ensure more efficient workflows, and handled queries from people across the floor - I believe clear communication, patience, and meeting deadlines play a beneficial role in any industry.Prior to working at Deluxe, I was an HR intern at AIISEC Technologies. While working there, I gained insights into onboarding management. I was responsible for managing candidates for interviews, handling their queries prior to their onboarding, understanding their profiles, and updating employee details on our internal systems. My role also involved calling all applicants to inform them of the job role they applied for and engaging applicants before their training by coming up with various activities. Heading such activities taught me important skills like people management.
