Vince has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in change management, creative problem solving and team development within major international organizations including: R.T. French, Reckitt & Coleman, Heublein, IDV (part of Grand Met, PLC) and UDV. He led his teams in developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that reduced the cost of goods and enhanced brand image, equity and profitability. He was also successful in achieving significant improvements in overall supplier performance in HACCP environments through the development and implementation of Supplier Relationship Management programs.Vince is responsible for the design, development and deployment of training and education, working with clients to meet their development needs via delivery modalities that range form the traditional classroom-based approach to a blended learning solution. In 2002, one of his global training programs, the Professional Procurement Competence Program, received an “Excellence in Practice” Citation from ASTD.Vince has a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts and Printing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and Masters degrees in Business Science and Business Administration in International Business from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Directed, managed and developed a central staff of 5 professionals, one analyst and two administrative assistants. Established policy and direction for ECI, the UDV Cork Procurement Center in Lisbon, Portugal. Developed strategy and provided direction and guidance to purchasing personal at plants and other UDV operations including Canada, Mexico and South America. Led global initiative on glass and represented North America on global initiatives in the areas of flavors, spirits, label and capital.
