Lead early development, supplier sourcing, releasing, & validation activities for front suspension/engine cradle systems including welded stamped steel assemblies, extruded aluminum and cast aluminum structures. Responsible for all elements of design to meet vehicle level functional objectives, manufacturability, serviceability, packaging, quality, cost, and weight targets. Lead DVP driven product development and validation including bill of material management, engineering change notices, CAD drawings, execution of design verification plan, structural CAE, NVH, safety impact and physical analysis, confirming test procedures, documenting, and approving validation results, and all release documentation to support vehicle program timing. Work closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams within Stellantis including Body, service, CAE and Chassis teams.

Lead product development, releasing, & validation activities for electro-mechanical shifter systems including automatic transmission shifters, manual transmission systems, transfer case shifters, shift cables, & manual park release systems for electronic transmissions. Responsible for all elements of design to meet vehicle level functional objectives, packaging, quality, cost, and weight targets. Lead DVP driven product development and validation including bill of material management, engineering change notices, CAD drawings, execution of design verification plan, structural CAE and physical analysis, data acquisition, confirming test procedures, documenting, and approving validation results, and all release documentation to support vehicle program timing. Interface with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams within FCA including Product Design Office. Manage a unique relationship with the FCA Electrical Engineering, and Powertrain Engineering teams which helped to design & validate the components.
