· Maintaining and servicing electrical, production, and safety equipment on an offshore facility· Quarterly training/meetings· Yearly online training· Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and motor controls· Installation of temporary generators & transfer switches· Troubleshoot/maintain electrical systems on compressors and generators· Service/replace electric motors, switchgear, and electrical panels· Monthly BSEE testing· Annual BSEE testing· Test, calibrate, replace SCADA components: Static pressure Transmitters, Differential pressure transmitters, pressure switches, level transmitters (radar), and valve positioners· Install, maintain, set multiple pneumatic devices· Bend tubing· Read drawings and schematics· Build new control panels for electric motors· Maintain all navigational aids; Nav-aid lights and fog horns (monthly and quarterly inspections).· Maintain life capsule· Maintain 24v systems, including batteries, wiring, and chargers· Work with single and 3 phase voltages on a regular basis· 120, 240, 480V systems· Perform quarterly gas detector and equipment inspections· Maintain fire and gas PLC panel as well as main and sub plc cabinets
