    I was a part of projects that will eventually serve an important backbone to the DNC's operation. In my first few months I created and maintained a decision database for the Dispute Resolution Service, an alternative to mediation and litigation on disputes regarding licensing of domain names. I was also a part of the .nz policy reform, a joint effort between the DNC and its parent company, InternetNZ, to establish a governing policy to the operations of the DNC. As a regulator, DNC's policy document will go on to affect the 700,000+ active domains ending in '.nz'. Aside from the two main projects, I supported the other staff in numerous other smaller scale projects, including the development of a new website.
