> Design the content of management report in BEx Analyze> Provide analytical support to senior management and stakeholders in relation to different projects> Compile and modify BW queries to meet business expectation> Coordinates and actively participates in different stages of CRM system development, including data clearance, design, testing, implementation and data migration> Work closely with both internal and external parties to build a comprehensive sales ordering and merchandizing platform> Act as the key liaison across sales and finance team for budget / system issue> Conduct end-user training i.e. BEx Analyze / CRM system refresher training> CRM system upgrade project and another Ah hoc projects> 6 months short term assignment as FTS OA for product hierarchy creation> Utilize SAP transaction automation tools “Pro-capture” to create customer master automatically

> Prepare branch performance report, such as Sales trend / Stock turn / GP margin report> Actual Vs Budget comparison report> System and reporting process enhancement in SAP and BW.> Prepare branch meeting presentation materials in monthly basis> Ah hoc projects

> Prepare BUs performance and management reports, such as Sales & Inventory Report / Logistic KPI Report / BUs Cost Centre Report & Income Statement / Service level & Complaint Report> Setup budget CC & COPA cycle in SAP for BW upload > Participate in local and global projects. E.g, BUs production line restructure and ERP system upgrade (SAP).> Inventory level monitoring and work out NRV proposal after discussed with BUs> Enhance, develop and streamline reporting process

> Monitor and review the financial and operational performance of the business units in United States(Food Trading), Philippines(Lift Maintenance) and Vietnam(Lift Maintenance)> Co-ordinate business and administrative issues in between head office and business units> Prepare Management Reports, Business Unit Report and other analysis reports for General Manager review> Negotiate with the related parties for budget issues> Ah hoc assignments

> Handle Interline Billing issue, such as Inward / Outward Billing, FORM ONE> Preparation, IATA settlement> Monitor account receivable status of Local and Global Billing> Deal with credit card issuing bank for any disputes or rejections raised by Credit Cardholder> Review credit policy and maintain customer profile> Prepare aging and Ah hoc report for management review> User acceptance test and Ah hoc project – settlement of online booking

> Perform monthly Sales Report checking, General Ledger posting and Bank reconciliation> Prepare and dispatch invoice to subsidiary companies and corporate clients

> Review financial statements and identify the irregularities > Reconciliation for General Ledger> Prepare Audit Report
