Interim Coordinator Senior Vocational Counselor
Current• Document changes in client vocational status, including job attainment, by collecting copies of pay stubs or employment letters. • Monitor client progress in meeting vocational goals. This may include but not be limited to facilitating job retention follow-up calls. • Participate in all staff and team meetings and in-service training; work cooperatively with all staff members.• Perform client vocational assessments. • Complete all necessary vocational reports to internal and governmental authorities, on an accurate and timely basis.• Assign and regularly meet with supervisors and staff to develop content and strategies for program logistics.• Market events internally and externally to help engage members of the Office with the community.• Manage all unit professional development, and training.
