Kelvion Thermal Solutions launched its diversification strategy in 2019 and is now succesfull in High Tech and Green Tech markets.

Kelvion is a global player for heat exchangers; it is structured with four Business Units, PES is one of them. PES stands for Project Engineered Solution, it provides tailor made solutions to Oil & Gaz and Industrial clients (end-users or EPCs) with a turnover of about 300M€ and a global footprint.As Head of the Business Unit, I have P&L responsibility and drive the multiple sites (US, Brazil, Europe, China, India) on strategic and operational levels.

ENEXIO is a major player in Power Cooling and offers dry and wet cooling solutions for new equipment and service projects. ENEXIO provides end users and EPCs with engineered solutions all over the world as a global player. As part of the management team from the creation of ENEXIO, I’m acting as Head of Global operation being in charge of:  Engineering: About 60 engineers located in Europe and China executing project specific design.  R&D: A team of 10 experts developing products to serve market demand and ensure thermal performance. Supply chain: With a procurement spend of 200M€, our supply chain teams are located all over the world. Manufacturing: Three factories in China and Europe.

Business Unit (BU) ACC/Heller and Wet are providing all over the world engineered solutions for indirect or direct cooling systems of power plants with a sales volume of 350M€. As Vice President Manufacturing, I’m in charge of defining and implementing the industrial strategy. Working closely with the BU President (the two of us forming the BU management team), I'm managing 7 sites located in Europe, China, Africa and Americas. In a direct contact with the Plant Directors, I’m controlling continuously the performance of the plants and I’m allocating workload to optimize utilization. Permanently optimizing our industrial network, I’m also directly involving myself in key operational topics related to product/process development, cost optimization, plant development, Lean manufacturing initiatives.

Btt-C is focused on design and manufacturing of tailor made air coolers for process industries (oil & Gas; Chemical & Petrochemical; Energy) according to international codes (ASME; API; GB…) for local and international client. The Changshu plant has been started in 2006 with 50 people and 7M€ sales to reach 200 people with 43M€ by end of 2009. Expatriate in China, I'm in charge of the production unit (including workshops, purchasing, logistic, scheduling, and maintenance department) and I’m responsible for:

Within an international company producing Air Coolers for process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Energy) I‘m in charge of:  Defining and optimizing plans and schedules (from long term forecast to weekly shop schedule).  Implementation of workload/capacity adjustment solution (sub-contracting, shift adjustment...)  Implementation of "Key Performance Indicator" to monitor the production unit efficiency.

By managing a team of 8 technicians, I’m in charge of Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing focusing on product and process optimization, workflow management and investment. After 2 years: Covered area has been reduced by 50% ; Lead time has been reduced from 20 to 12 weeks and strong basis for continuous improvement policy have been settled.
