Osteopath D.O. for more than 25 years, I completed my secondary education in Belgium and obtained my diploma from ISCAM Brussels in 1985. I continued my higher education and medical training in the USA and France, where I obtained a diploma in osteopathy, at COS Paris in 1995. In 2003, I set up a private osteopathic clinic with my two areas of expertise: practice on premature children with OMT and craniomandibular pathologies. Founder and Director of the Bordeaux International Osteopathic Medical School (IOB) since 2011 and of ISEMA (European Institute of animal osteopathy) since 2017, we’ve just opened a school in Sweden in May 2020 the European College of Osteopathic Medicine (ECOM). Osteopathy in France is recognized and our institute IOB has been accredited by the French Ministry of Social Affairs and Health since 2007 and is a member of Campus France. I have been managing and teaching in these three schools since their creation. My international experience and my university background have motivated my desire to develop and share, within our schools, my vision of a plural and international osteopathy which is turned towards the world. In January 2018, international partnerships and exchanges began with an innovative partnership between IOB and the Ajman University of Dentistry in the United Arab Emirates. Since then, we have continued to develop the partnerships, the teaching of ostepathy and its place as a medicine within other health professions abroad.
