Responsible for Managing the Design & Publication Division to produce all of InSIGHT 2024 Internal Items & Marketing Materials.Tasks Managed:- Naraya: A Song of Sacrifice Branding & Identity (Brand Knowledge, Brand Identity, & Brand Guide)- Interviewing candidates for the Design & Publication Division.- Workshops & Training including Design Fundamentals, Filmmaking Fundamentals, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, & Adobe Premiere Pro for the committees.- Assembling the teams timelines based on the deliverables & other divisions needs, while keeping track of the teams progress & morale.- Managed InSIM Social Media collaterals & Other design deliverables, such as Committee T-Shirt, ID Card, Certificate, Goodie Bag, Main Event Poster, Merch, & Lyrics Booklet.- Storyboarded & Directed InSIGHT 2024 Trailer based on the script provided by the writing team & constructed a cohesive & efficient itinerary for the Trailer Production, involving all of the division of the InSIGHT 2024 committee, including the timeline, casts / talents, props, wardrobe, & rain plan.- Liaising with the Executive Producers, Artistic Director, & Head Advisor to ensure all of the marketing & design collaterals fits the guidelines & standard of quality.- General event documentation for InSIGHT 2024 archive.

Responsible for InSIMerdeka marketing essentials & publications materials.Tasks managed:- Amerta 2023 Branding and Strategy, with deliverables such as Brand Guidelines, Social Media Essentials, Event Ticket, etc.- Responsible for Amerta Event Trailer & Aftermovie execution, direction, & editing, with deliverables such as Storyboards, Story Script, and Aftermovie Video.- Responsible for the management and direction for InSIMerdeka 2023 Committee Photoshoot.

Responsible for:- Working in close proximity with the manager and head of operational, to create a more efficient system in keeping track of staff tasks.- Staff training and workshops (incl. design workshops, product photography, table manners, etc.)- Leading the marketing team to produce marketing essentials for social media and other digital related assets, nor physical related aspects.- General staff management and leading monthly meetings to discuss managerial essentials and system improvement.- Quality Assurance for every design related tasks whilst being involved in the whole production pipeline.
