Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:• Oversee and lead IT-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.• Allocate project resources appropriately and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.• Document project progress, identify potential setbacks, and establish solutions to overcome challenges.2. Pre-sales:• Assist the sales team in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP responses.• Analyze customer requirements and design optimal solutions to meet their needs.3. Technician (Level 0-2 Support):• Respond to internal and external IT support requests, prioritizing based on severity and business impact.• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating to higher support tiers when necessary.• Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions provided.4. IT Infrastructure:• Design, implement, and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.• Monitor infrastructure health, perform regular maintenance, and coordinate upgrades or changes as necessary.• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for infrastructure-related services and products.5. In-House IT Support:• Ensure smooth operation of end-user equipment, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.• Train employees on IT systems and software, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency when possible.• Create and maintain internal documentation and SOPs for IT processes.6. Dealing with Clients:• Act as a liaison between the organization and its clients regarding IT-related concerns or projects.• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and providing solutions tailored to their needs.• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing consistent and efficient support.

• Develop and implement automation for the end-to-end process of data integration or data pipeline, which include data collection, cleaning, processing from various data sources/systems.• Comply and assist in development of guidelines, standards, and processes to ensure the highest data quality and integrity in the data lake / data warehouse.• Understand the types of data collected in various databases and data warehouses.

• Establish operation strategy in a team for improving sales and services.• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.• Planning, implementing and monitoring company’s strategy in order to increase brand awareness and improving marketing efforts to increase sales and services.
