As a tenured leader, a doctoral student, a licensed nursing home administrator, and a current American College of Healthcare Executives member, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and clinical support to our seniors, particularly our U.S. Military veterans, and ensuring the long-term care facility's fiscal health and operational excellence. I have managed a campus of five nursing homes, giving older adults the power of choice.
