Senior Email Marketing Specialist
Current- Drive sustainable brand engagement for a diverse client portfolio by conceptualizing, creating, testing, and launching targeted email and retention marketing strategies and campaigns- Consult with clients to directly capture and define their goals (short and long-term) and current pain points before conducting in-depth analyses of their current marketing efforts (website, ESP, analytics platforms) - Translate insights into an audit report for presentation to the client and partner with them in creating a bespoke onboarding plan built around goals and KPIs- Develop a content calendar with a mix of value emails to build a strong relationship with the brand (while soft-selling products) and promotional emails for sales to generate revenue boosters- Either personally write content or develop a copy outline to inform the work of a copywriter, focusing on the design hierarchy to align written content with compelling visual assets - Conduct A/B testing and segmentation using Klaviyo reporting dashboards to track and report on testing results and identify opportunities for campaign/automation optimizations - Optimize clients' rewards programs to make rewards members feel special and valued through exclusive offers and promotions, to create more revenue and a higher average order value (AOV)- Generated $693K in revenue over past 12 months via Email Marketing ($576K from Campaigns & $117K from Automated Flows), which attributed to 62.3% of total gross sales ($1.23M Revenue)- Developed Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns. Supported them in grossing $197K in revenue, of which 79% derived directly from email- Developed all other holiday and rewards members sales Including St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day- Developed & optimized automated flows Including Welcome Series, Post-Purchase Series', Abandonment Series', Rewards Member Series' that was responsible for $41K over past 6-months
