Creating and maintaining a cohesive workflow between departments. To deliver consistently to contracted turn-around times on applications, contracts, updates and payouts. Ensure pro-active management of inconsistent volumes by constant monitoring of workflow of the group and of the individual in order to ensure workflow increases in direct relation to increase in volumes. Actively assess the process and implement appropriate changes. Advocate a right the first time approach in the department. Managing risk by ensuring strict policy and procedure adherence. Monitor individual KPA as well as performance management agreements to ensure that performance levels are monitored for all individuals on a monthly basis.
