Vincent van Hoof (1986) is an associate professor at the Department of Legal History and a researcher at the Business and Law Research Centre. He teaches property law and Roman private law and publishes in the field of finance, security rights and insolvency. The title of his PhD-thesis (2015) was 'Generale zekerheidsrechten in rechtshistorisch perspectief'. He is currently vice dean for Education at the Law Faculty of Radboud University.
