(includes the following roles: CFO of Opticon Sensors Europe B.V., including all individual European subsidiaries (6) as well as subsidiaries in Brazil, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia and Vice-President of Opticon Inc., USA)Responsibilities:- Responsible for day to day operations at strategic and operational level for 17 subsidiaries with 110 employees worldwide.These operations include financial planning and reporting, management control, treasury, JSOX compliance, IT and HR.- Optimizing processes, initiating and deciding on investment plans, restructuring and reorganization plans.- Reporting to Board of Directors in Japan.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for the finance team of 14 FTE, reporting to local management and Japanese (stock listed) parent company- Responsible for monthly consolidated financial reporting and Quarterly IFRS filings- Responsible for the yearly consolidated budget and roll forward- Managing HR and legal obligations- Liaise with auditors worldwide for JSOX, quarterly reviews, year-end audits (IFRS and US GAAP)- Host departmental meetings at the European headquarters- Monitor subsidiaries to optimize performance

Responsibilities:- Timely and accurately reporting of the financial results of Asics Europe B.V. to local management and Japanese (stock listed) parent company- Budget, forecast and roll forward of financial performance of all European subsidiaries - Presenting the performance of the Asics Europe B.V. and its subsidiaries to local management and Japanese parent company

Responsibilities:- Implementation of JSOX for European entities in scope (Benelux, Italy, France, Germany and United Kingdom).- Financial audits (IFRS) on quarterly reports of local European subsidiaries and European consolidation.
