Missions: - Build up of a new JIS Plant: • Implementation of the Equipment Care standards (TPM) through workshops • Coordination of the site’s spare parts procurement for more than 30 machines • Development and implementation of the small train concept for ramp-up W222 (new Mercedes S-Class) • Development, tests, improvement and documentation of backup modes - Continuous improvement: • Implementation of the TRS daily follow-up of the production equipments and training of the workers • Creation of an Excel file with VBA-Macros for the weekly and monthly compilation of the TRS indicator • Improvement of the work sequence on workstations to reach the target cycle time

Missions: - Continuous improvement: • Workshops for improvement of production line’s layouts • Check and improvement of the work standards • Time measurements as basis for MOD potential analyses • Shopstock calculation

Missions: - Project management: • Implementation of Kanban on 6 production lines • Internal communication and information meetings organization • Kanban tool utilization training session for the operators - Continuous improvement: • Automation of updating operations of the Kanban data base (Visual Basic) • Improvement of Kanban supports • Packaging productivity

Mission: creation of automated internal order forms with Visual Basic tool in order to save time for shopfloor managers.
