• Worked with Director of Graduation Initiatives and Student Success on campaigns to assist and incentivize more students to graduate, including leading the Senior Cap and Gown Giveaway • Gathered data from over 3,700 first year students’ high school transcripts to help administrators make key decisions on remedial math classes • Helped collect and enter 489 surveys for the Graduating Senior Survey to help the President, the Vice Presidents, and the Deans of Colleges make decisions on how to improve the student experience

• Assisted new students on the ropes course at Sacramento State as a part of Frosh Night by creating a safe environment, encouraging students who decided to climb, creating activities such as chants, and leading them from one part of the course to the other • Served as a knowledgeable representative of Sacramento State, welcoming 8,000 students and 3,000 parents and guests each year • Advised diverse populations of students on General Education and Graduation requirements and helped them register for classes • Served as a resource for campus services and programs, and conducted large (100+) and small group presentations for students, parents and guests
