My name is Vincent Wahidi, and I graduated from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications Engineering and a minor in Business Administration in 2023. I am a determined, hard-working, and enthusiastic person who always strives to work in a very organized manner, driven by my discipline and curiosity.One of the quotes I cherish is "Repetition is the father of learning," which inspires me to leave no stone unturned and to give my all in dealing with any task at hand.I graduated in 2019 from Ahliah School with honors in the Lebanese Baccalaureate and as Valedictorian.My biggest interests are Reverse Engineering and machine learning/artificial intelligence. I started learning programming at the age of 14, driven by a passion to recreate my favorite MMORPG childhood game. This led me to learn Java through self-study and become an active member of a community forum.Recreating a new game client was a tedious and time-consuming process, which pushed me to discover and learn skills in decompiling, deobfuscation, and ultimately reverse engineering. Using the game engine, I developed content logic in Java, supported Server-Client connections using the Netty 4.0 Framework, and utilized encryption algorithms such as RSA and ISAAC.I have a huge passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence. I believe these fields hold vast potential for future technological advancements, and I am eager to explore and contribute to these areas. Starting this fall, I will be pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Georgia Tech with a specialization in Machine Learning.
