• Assisting company management team in different tasks including purchasing, operation, hr and sales. • Responsible for selling Multi-wall paper bags to customers in different business sectors including building material, chemicals, minerals and food additives. • In charge of 500,000 - 600,000 paper sacks per month. • Expanding client base outside of China in countries like Australia, New Zealand, USA and Chile.

• Construct financial models for corporate development purposes, such as projecting fees, overall cash flows, and valuations for pipeline hotels, residences, restaurants, nightclubs and other travel-related projects• Create presentations for corporate development purposes, such as presentations for negotiating partnerships, business development, etc• Work with the team (including technology and marketing) on other ad-hoc tasks• Conduct extensive research on the hospitality and real estate industry both globally and regionally, such as hotel/ residential/ nightclub/ OTA/ restaurant industries in China, SE Asia, the US, etc.
