Used Meraki to find IP addresses of devices and times of communication status of the devices on the network. • Conducted the onboarding and offboarding of team members in the organization. Verified new hired staff members when inputted in the Day Force, Human Resource application system correctly, which crossed over to the Active Directory system. Created new accounts and disabled accounts in Smile Doctors University, Datawarehouse, and eight Cloud9 URLs locations. Setup and configured; Lenovo desktops, Lenovo laptops, Dell laptops and Microsoft Surface computers for deployment and use for staff members. I re-imaged systems installing Windows 10 software, updated the Windows software and Firmware on the computers. I installed the following software; LabTech and Connect wise to allow remote access to the computers, Smile Doctors VPN client, MITEL phone software, and Office 365. I also connected and configured the docking stations, monitors, printers, keyboard, mouse and cables for the workstations. I worked with third party venders such as Dell, Lenovo and Microsoft in troubleshooting, replacing and repairing equipment which was under warranty. I called and coordinated with the companies through Microsoft Outlook in setting up on site repairs and escalations when repairs were exhausted, and the equipment needed to be replaced with a new warranty. I also supported the organization technically by responding to technical issues through the connect wise ticketing system, Outlook e-mail and MITEL phone system, which I assisted as Smile Doctors converted over to talk desk.
