I am striving to be a super-connector in pursuit of excellence & impact. As a super-connector, I have a mind that is uniquely capable of remembering the people & ideas that I encounter--and a relentless energy for forging connections between them. I consistently seek to learn, build new relationships, and create community. Example: In Stockholm, I founded the Sthlm Founders Coral, a weekly meetup focused on guiding members toward effective entrepreneurship. We believe that effective entrepreneurs are high performers who remain mindful, creative, curious and inclusive. We lead ourselves first by taking care of our mind and body so that we have the energy to self-start and not settle. I value high-performance teams and strive for excellence in the work I do. As a former elite runner (3x Academic All-American teammate who broke a 30-year-old school record in the steeplechase), I have the ability to push myself to the limit. As a professional, I've worked in some of the most competitive cultures in the world (McKinsey, private equity, big tech). As an optimist, I look through setbacks to the goal. Pain + reflection = progress.My greatest professional skill is my ability to tell stories. 10 years of management consulting and investment professional experience have given me a strong instinct for what matters to executives. I understand what sorts of analysis will bear fruit, and know how to present information in a way that motivates decisions. I seek to apply my skills to opportunities with broad societal impact. Example: In 2020, I co-founded Lighthouse MASSIV, a startup program focused on scaling social impact. Since then, we've worked with Mastercard and the largest banks in the Nordics to help more than 40 impact startups scale through partnership. I also co-founded Growth minds, a community on a mission to help leaders better understand themselves so they can better serve society.
