I provide technical support for a variety of businesses. This can include basic desktop support to recovering from a data breach or ransomware. I focus on utilizing our toolset to create the most efficient and cost effective solution for our customers.I was responsible for developing and maintaining a Cyber Security Awareness program that incorporated monthly training, simulated phishing and creating metrics around user engagement and alerting.I provided project support that included server setup and configuration, network configuration, or user education.I have published multiple articles on the customer facing blog about computer security.

I work with multiple customers in a variety of capacities. My primary focus is on computer security and end user security training. I provide vulnerability assessments, firewall configuration analysis, user security awareness programs, or educational seminars.Additionally I work with customers to maintain their infrastructure and assist in the development of long term infrastructure planning.

I was responsible for ensuring the staff achieved specific sales goals, and motivating them to exceed personal goals.I also trained to managers and managed a store for 6 months between managers.
