Product: Wave- Responsible for testing the Wave app, including both frontend and backend function, ensuring no P0/P1 bugs after release. The following are some major features: 1. Live room games 2. Paid live rooms 3. Japan region app 4. Payment integration 5. Group chat function 6. Pet system 7. Event factory system 8. Subscription system- Create test cases based on specifications, propose special scenarios, discuss with the PM, and assist in clarifying expected behaviors (special case one sprint >= 5)- Review Figma UI documents to assist UI designers in testing UI flows for functionality- Integrate Robotframework with Appium to build and write Android automation regression tests from scratch (From 0% to 61%)- Organize expected bug fixes for RD scheduling in the early stages of Sprint development (bug fixed >= 15/month)- Establish and maintain regression tests and function tests on Testrail (from 0% to 100%)- Use Firebase to test log point behaviors- Use Postman to check the status of back-end APIs and analyze bugs- Record bug issues in Jira and closely collaborate with CS and RD to identify and resolve customer-reported issues- Assist customer service in problem resolution through scenario reproduction, reducing RD debug time (Reduce bug to not an issue >= 20/quarter)

於2021年8月開始至KKBOX子公司KKStream擔任QA Intern，同時也屬assistant engineer的職位，主要的工作為輔助資深QA工程師進行軟體的測試。參與的團隊從VOD到Live的影音串流產品導向，到技術性功能導向都有接觸。首先在VOD to Live的產品團隊，我在團隊中除了負責測試系統前台以及後台的介面，也協助測試UI/UX等是否符合產品spec，以改善使用者在使用軟體時的體驗；同時也透過postman戳api的方式對軟體進行後端的測試，前端的部分也透過google內建開發者工具有些許接觸。後轉至負責技術型功能導向的播放功能團隊，在這個團隊之中也接觸到了如何從終端機和系統監測工具追蹤player的log event，透過log的行為可以從後端測試軟體功能的問題，其中也接觸到xcode, android studio, jenkins等軟體開發工具。另外在QA team方面，在每週的QA meeting和同學之間互相學習測試經驗，並從主管manager身上看到專案管理的技能以及溝通協調的藝術。我也在實習過程中得以摸索熟悉許多QA在測試會使用到的工具，像是如何在Miro上畫心智圖建立對測試內容的思路，接著在Testrail上建立測項，並透過Jira管理專案和追蹤bug和新feature。

於百商數位科技公司的實習，我被分配到pm部門底下，負責台壽保產險的聊天機器人，主要工作除了新增聊天機器人題庫和解答以外，也負責從後台建置決策樹等工作。這段實習經歷讓我初步認識聊天機器人等AI產業的技術，並從中學會基本的系統操作和維護。
